Do you ship to villages and bush Alaska?+
Yes. We ship statewide and routinely handle bypass mail and bush freight. Reach out before ordering large items so we can quote freight accurately.
Can I order parts that aren't on the site?+
Almost always. Call us at (907) 349-3071 or stop by — most major brands can be ordered in within a week.
What's your return policy?+
Unworn, unwashed, tags-on items can be returned within 30 days. Helmets that have been worn cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Do you do in-store helmet fitting?+
Always. A helmet that doesn't fit doesn't protect you. Come in, take your time, try several brands.
Do you carry youth gear?+
Yes — snowmachine and dirt-bike gear for kids in every season. See our Kids collection.
Where do I park at the Dimond Center?+
