One of Alaska's longest-running powersports retailers — operating out of the Dimond Center in Anchorage since the hats-and-leather days.
We started selling hats. Then leather jackets. Then a single rack of snowmachine gear for the regulars who kept asking us where to buy good kit in town. That rack became a wall. The wall became a department. The department became Mad Hatter Alaska.
Today we're a statewide destination for snowmachine, motocross, motorcycle, ATV, scooter, helmet, and riding gear — but we still answer the phone the same way, and our staff still ride what they sell. We test gear in conditions the lower 48 will never see. We carry brands we trust because we've crashed in them ourselves.
